Hundred(Season 5, Episode 12)

It's the one hundredth episode! I feel like I just started writing these a few months ago. Oh, wait, I did.

Lucas drives with Haley and Jamie. He tells them of the time when he was a boy, and his uncle Keith let him steer the car on a country road. he now repeats this tradition with Jamie.

Peyton stops by the church where Lucas and Lindsay are to be married. She imagines that it's her coming out the doors with Lucas, all happy and stuff. meanwhile Brooke puts the finishing touches on Lindsay's wedding dress, and Haley comes home, where she and Nathan make up while water pours on them form the room above..oh wait, Nathan is imagining this while he's in the shower. These scenes, along with the driving one are scored to Bruce Springsteen's My Hometown. Good use of the music.

Karen has arrived for Lucas wedding, with Lily. And hey! It's Perfect Andy. He has a heart to heart with Lucas in the cemetery: he loves Karen and Lily, but would give up everything for Keith to return. That's why he's perfect. Always says the right thing.

Nathan sheepishly tries to talk to Haley at the church, but she's been joined at the hip with Lindsay for the past week preparing for the wedding. Which is odd, considering Haley's phone call to Lucas in the last episode. Hmm.

Lily taunts Jamie. She insists he call her Aunt Lily, because...she's his aunt. Even though they are roughly the same age. It's strange, these family dynamics.

Dan is prepared to attend, tuxedo and all. Haley catches him waiting outside and is not happy. She makes that face again, like she's going to go ballistic. "I find this sexy," Dan quips. "I've been in prison for four years."

Everything is in place...the groom(Lucas), the bride(Lindsay), the best man(Nathan), the maid of honor(Haley), the flower girl(Lily),and everybody else in the audience. The priest starts to perform the ceremony and Peyton imagines herself standing  up and professing her love for Lucas. But she's too chicken to do it for real. She doesn't have to, however, because Lindsay realizes at the last minute that this whole thing is a mistake, because of Lucas' love for Peyton. She runs out of the church.

Skillz allows Jamie to go use the rest room by himself, and this gives Nanny Carrie the perfect opportunity to abduct him. Haley suspects Dan She loses it and yells JAMIEEEE! over and over. Nathan flags down a passing car, but the cops appear less than receptive until Nathan threatens to punch them both out.

Carrie takes Jamie to a motel, where she prepares to dye his hair so the can pass as mother and son.  Dan has followed them, and when Nanny Carrie leaves he convinces terrified Jamie to give him access into the room. Nanny Carrie returns, and Dan puts her into a choke hold and threatens to murder her. "I murdered my own brother, I have no problem killing you."

Dan returns Jamie to the church. Dan finds himself face to face with all the people he screwed over! You know what that means! Family reunion at the Olive Garden.

CLIFFHANGER!  Brooke: "I wanna have a baby."  Peyton: "With ME?!" Oh, those two... I bet she adopts.
