In Da Club(Season 5, Episode 7)

Everybody is together at Tric to see a music group called The Honorary Title. Brooke gives a toast with a drink she named after herself... which makes the whole gang gag. It's tequila and grenadine. Brooke is doing the flirting thing with bartender Owen, while Peyton and Lindsay glare at each other(and probably imagine murdering each other in various horrible ways.)

Quentin's behavior seems to have completely changed! He's easygoing now instead of smug. That Les Miserables must really have had an effect on him.

Brooke plays matchmaker Millicent Huxtable to meet her crush, Mouth! The two them hit it off right away. However Mouth's game is salted by frequent text messages from Boss Lady Alice. Alice show up and insists it's okay for Mouth to hang out with Millie. She's playing mind games!

 Millie goes in for the kiss, but Mouth pulls back, and she leaves rejected. Everything's NOT coming up Mouth.

Peyton is a party pooper! She walks around with her arms folded in a pouty manner. She insists on paying Lucas rent for the studio space, but he won't accept the check. Things are tense between her and Haley, due to Haley's friendship with Lindsay. 

Mia is set to open for the music group, but suffers from stage fright. That Jason idiot(Federline!) has shown up to taunt Mia from the audience, and he calls Mia a "ho." This brings out the confidence in Mia, and she belts out a tune that would make that painting of Whistler's Mother actually whistle!

 Jason jealously harasses Mia, claiming the applause for her performance was pity, because she's retarded. He smacks Haley's behind, which causes Nathan to lose his temper.He won't punch Nathan, for sake of Haley. And then Quentin comes out of nowhere and lays out Jason with a single punch. He's protecting his teacher. It's nice really.

Brooke is very disappointed to learn that Mouth is sleeping with his boss to get a better  job. She wants the high school Mouth back! SO Mouth breaks up with Boss Lady Alice, and she fires him. That's the old Mouth. Unlucky with the chicks.

Pouty Peyton's frown is turned upside down when she ends up making out with Lucas, after they argue about the damn rent again.  I am not surprised at this. Neither is Brooke. Because come on. The guy wrote a whole damn book about Peyton.

Haley walks in and witnesses the make out session.We see her leave in disgust. This is reminiscent  of a scene from Season 1! I knew my Tree Hill knowledge would come in handy. Here's the link for comparison: Hanging By A Moment(Season 1, Episode 13)

CLIFFHANGER: Nathan stupidly kept the Nanny Carrie skinny dipping thing from Haley. Carrie takes this as a hint that Nathan is attracted to her, of course.

Peyton goes to Lucas place to confess her undying love,. BUT WAIT! A tearful Lindsay is there. Lucas has proposed to her, using the same ring he was going to propose to Peyton with!  Boy, does she have egg on her face.
