When It Isn't Like It Should Be(Season 3, Episode 18)

The kids go on a weekend getaway to forget about their problems! Lucas seems to have no trouble with leaving his inconsolable mother all alone. Seriously, who would do that? The cabin is owned by Rachel's father. Mouth believes Rachel is doing this to alleviate her guilt over the time capsule. Mouth turns down Rachel's offer to bunk with her(he's still mad.)Damn!

Lucas and Nathan go ATV riding(or whatever those things are.) Nathan announces his attentions to marry Haley(for the third time) and shows Lucas the ring. The ring is Haley's(he swiped it for some reason.)Meanwhile Haley is tearing the cabin apart looking for the ring. She and Peyton break the kitchen faucet looking for it. Once Haley has it back she vows never to let it out of sight again.

Brooke gets a little...hot and bothered reading one of Lucas' love notes and goes off by herself for for "alone time." Rachel interrupts her while she's "Brooke-ing" herself.

Yes that dialogue is actually used. Was the word masturbation not allowed by the network?After this bit of "comedy," the gang go out to a bar, where we get to see some Sunkist product placement. Sunkist was a sponsor of the show, and the advertising and product are literally everywhere.

The guy from "Fall Out Boy" shows up to send time with Peyton. His name is Pete, and every single person says his name("Hey, Pete from Fall Out Boy!") No one thinks it's a big deal that a famous dude is hanging around with them. 

Spot the Sunkist!

Bevin and Skillz get lost in the woods for some reason. Surprisingly Skillz does NOT make any Friday The 13th jokes. Bevin tries to builds a campfire while Skillz justs sits there. She fails. But she does know which direction North is, so they just keep walking until they find their way back to the cabin.

Nathan wants the damned ring back from Haley so he can propose to her with it. Nathan also tells Lucas he regrets not spending more time with Keith. Lucas tells him the weekend vacation was about appreciating all the stuff they did have. Couldn't he have done that without leaving his grieving mother alone? This is stupid. Anyway, Brooke snatches the ring while Haley is in the shower(probably not Brooke-ing herself.)

Hey, It's Rachel! Rachel tells Mouth she released the time capsule to stir things up. Mouth forgives Rachel, because he once looked at the time capsule messages himself, and Jimmy would have most likely snapped for some other reason. He tells Rachel that revealing her secret to the others would be a mistake though.

Karen visits mayor Dan and shows him the adoption papers Keith signed for Lucas, as well as the title for the repair shop that Keith lost. She blames Dan for allowing Keith to go inside the school. Dan is very disheveled looking, like he still hasn't been sleeping. Safe to say he's still hearing the voices.

Nathan proposes to Haley again. She says yes, of course, because without her he would drive a car into a wall again. The End.
