How A Resurrection Really Feels(Season 3, Episode 9)

The cops arrest Brooke and Peyton for stealing the clothing from the store.  They arrest Haley too, because she happens to be wearing one of the items when she answers the door.  The girls joke about how none of their parents are available to bail them out(a wink wink to the audience). Nathan is about to be unavailable, so Haley calls Lucas. Prison orange suits them.

Chris Keller lost all his money gambling on a river boat! He can't pay the studio to get Haley's recording of her session. Nathan agrees to accompany Chris Keller for an 80 mile drive to win his money back. This will be wacky!

The dwarf...ahem..little person that Chris Keller and Nathan play against discovers them cheating. Chris knocks out the midget, steals the cash off the table, and the duo make a run for it!  But the money is ruined when they escape by jumping off the boat. Knocking out a midget! That's comedy.

Chris tells Nathan he dressed as Batman and kissed Haley the night of the masquerade party. Nathan punches him! But he wants Nathan to know he did this to help Haley's marriage. Another punch! Chris Keller doesn't like getting punched, but it happens a couple of more times.

Chris makes things right by selling his precious guitar(which was water logged anyway) at a pawn shop and buys Haley's  master tape for Nathan. Chris Keller's work here is done, so he leaves the show. For a little while anyway.

Karen uses Mouth's video of Dan assaulting Nathan in a campaign ad. Dan is not worried though: he has convenience store tape of Debra  buying a bottle of booze, the same brand he was poisoned with the night of the fire. He threatens to reveal this to the the media if Karen does not concede.

Karen doesn't concede, though, causing Dan to throw himself on the mercy of the voters. He begs forgiveness for his actions in that video, and the media seems to eat it up.

Lucas and Brooke argue! Lucas is upset Brooke has sex with Chris Keller. Brooke reminds Lucas that he fooled around with Peyton while they were together. Lucas reminds Brooke that he didn't sleep with Peyton, so it's not as bad as what she did. Blah Blah Blah.

Haley turns Brooke's frown upside down by offering to help Brooke sell her clothes. Haley will even help design the web site, probably after skimming through a manual for a few seconds and instantly becoming an expert. And that's how Brooke's company, "Clothes Over Bros" was born!

Peyton is harassed and annoyed by her subconscious, which appears dressed in the Angel Of Death she wore to the masquerade. The Angel taunts her about her abandonment issues, specifically her mother's death, Jake's departure, and her denial that her real mother Ellie is dying of cancer.

Dan wins the election. He introduces his lovely wife to the crowd, but Debra is gone. Lucas has figured out(all by himself!)that Debra was responsible for the fire. Debra flees Tree Hill, and we see her call someone to inform them that "Lucas knows."

Haley knows it was Chris Keller who kissed her(a bill comes to the studio for the rental of the batman costume) but she gives Nathan a chance to fess up. Nathan lies, but Haley is cool with it. She's a very forgiving person. Anyway, they're together again and this plot can end!
