Resolve(Season 4, Episode 12)

Brooke is immediately smitten with Chase the new transfer student that has joined the "Clean Teens." He seems like a cool dude, and One Tree Hill is very lacking in the "cool dude" department since Jake left the show. Mouth seems to have gotten over Gigi fairly quickly, especially now that's he has met Shelley. Rachel is very happy, because her "Clean Teen" shirt is a guy magnet!

A very manic Debra returns to the cafe to find Dan and Karen playing nice. She goes nuts and wonders why the hell Karen is hanging out with the dude who hated Keith, especially when Karen's carrying Keith's baby. Debra's right of course. If only she didn't look and sound crazy from the pills and booze!

Skillz knows Nathan needs money and he has a plan(AKA the dumbest idea ever!)He and Nathan can become strippers. Those guys make loads of money, right?

It looks like Nathan needs that money, because Haley is upset that none of her clothes fit her any longer. She thinks she's a fat slob, and is feeling sorry for herself because she's hobbling around on crutches. Nathan's dance moves need a lot of work.

Brooke aces her latest exam, due to stolen test answers from the tutor center. Chase is under the impression that Brooke is good at math, and asks Brooke to tutor him. Rachel gets kicked out of clean teens when a video emerges of Rachel taking her shirt off at a party.  Rachel tries to take Brooke with her, but Brooke stays to stick close to Chase. Yeah, about those tests...

I sense a theme here...

The principal has discovered the stolen tests and guarantees expulsion to those responsible. Hopalong Haley suspects Rachel of course. Rachel is sure that she and Brooke won't be found out.

Lucas is now sure that Jimmy did not kill Keith, thanks to his fuzzy memories. He tells his mother about his whole after life experience with Keith, but she seems more focused on her dinner date with Dan. Dan in the meantime, torments Debra by claiming he never loved her at all, he just settled for her because he could not have Karen. Debra has another manic episode, which leads to her attacking Haley(after Haley tries to talk sense into her for acting crazy.) This is dark stuff.

Nathan, Mouth and Skillz do the stripping thing. Skillz tries to back out at first, but Bevin warns that she will deny him the AHEM pleasure of her company! A good time is had by all, and that's all I'm writing about that.

Yes, definitely a theme.

Dan is just leaving for his date with Karen when he gets a call from Debra. She's taken ALL THE PILLS she has, and it don't sound good. Dan does call an ambulance for Debra, at least. But he doesn't miss his date.

Peyton is stuck making cookies for Lucas. THE.WHOLE.DAMN.EPISODE. That's all Peyton does here. Not really worth a screencap.

THE END: Nathan uses his stripping money to buy Haley a prom dress. Brooke and Chase are a thing now(and Chase is a recurring character!)
